There are way too many edibles with unnecessary additives, while healthy edibles with only pure ingredients are almost nonexistent on dispensary shelves.
That’s why I designed primal high to stand out amongst the rest, with sustainable packaging & Whole30 ingredients sourced from Ghana, this edible gives a truly all-natural experience to all users.

When looking for inspiration I wanted to look at other brown paper packaged organic chocolate bars, where the packaging material enhanced type & illustrations.
I also looked into Ghana’s culture and was really drawn by the patterns on their garments, and with package imagery I knew only Ghana cacao beans would be right for the bars.
I started with the cacao bean, wanting to emphasize detail on the splotchy pattern seen on them. I added cannabis leaves behind to fuse the two main ingredients visually.
For the type I manipulated Black Display Kepler to the point where it looked like a new type face family in order to make it look sharp & sleek.
